Last night, David and I were invited to a top secret movie screening that I can’t talk about … yet. Because movie studios have embargos on films before they are released, I cannot talk about the movie that I saw … despite the fact that I LOVED it entirely and laughed my ass off profusely. I’ll be sure to share my review as soon as I can, trust me, it’s a movie you’re going to wanna watch. So, yeah, that was pretty much the highlight of my night … not too shabby, actually.
The screening was held at Mann’s Chinese Theater 6 in Hollywood so after the movie was over, I did a bit of shopping at a local American Apparel store to pick up an outfit to wear for an upcoming 10K race I’m running. In early September, I’m running an 80′s themed race in Pasadena and AA has THE best stuff to wear for such an event. As you can see above, it would appear that the famed fanny pack is making a fashion comeback. HMMMM. Do you think any of y’all would be brave enough to rock a fanny pack again?
I don’t have big plans for today … another round of physical therapy plus a few errands. It’s Hump Day, y’all … I hope it goes by quickly for you :D
