Amanda Bynes is in more hot water. A Los Angeles woman has accused Amanda of hit-and-run. Again. The woman named Kisa told TMZ a woman in a black BMW hit her car. Kisa said she didn’t recognize Amanda initially because Amanda “looked like a hot mess,” but Kisa realized who she was once they started talking.
When Kisa wanted to exchange insurance information, Amanda “seemed nervous about that.” Kisa said Amanda told her the damage to her car wasn’t that bad, Amanda tried to push her fender back into shape, and did not want to exchange insurance information. Kisa continued to try to exchange insurance information, but she says Amanda got in her car and drove off, so Kisa called the police. So Amanda’s being accused of another hit-and-run. Goodness. Amanda’s reps haven’t responded to TMZ for a comment.
