Justin Bieber’s Mom Pattie Mallette Dating Chris Harrison

Justin Bieber’s mother Pattie Mallette was recently set up on a date with Chris Harrison, the host of the reality dating who “The Bachelor”.

Harrison’s good friend Ryan Seacrest played matchmaker by setting the newly single host on a date with Bieber’s mom.

Harrison says being a bachelor himself these days “scares the holy hell out of me”.

The reality show host split from his wife of 18 years in May of this year.

Bieber’s mother Pattie seemed to enjoy the date, later tweeting, “Had a great night w @chrisbharrison! Thanks @ryanseacrest for setting it up,” to which Seacrest responded by jokingly asking, “Does he get a rose?”

So what did Chris and Pattie do on their date night? They took in a Justin Bieber show of course!

“Cant wait 2 see my baby @justinbieber the Staples Center tonight,” Mallette wrote. “So excited! #ItNeverGetsOld,” and afterward, Harrison tweeted, “Huge thanks to @justinbieber @pattiemallette for an incredible night. Huge cool dad pts! Great show!”

Pattie, 37, recently opened up about her abusive past in the book “Nowhere but Up: The story of Justin Bieber’s Mom”.

Mallette revealed that when she was only two-years-old, she watched her alcoholic, abusive father walk out the door and at age 3 she was sexually abused by someone she knew.

Bieber’s mother doesn’t identify her molesters, which includes a male baby sitter and the grandfather of a friend, but in her book’s acknowledgments she wrote, “To my abusers: I forgive you.”

“I was sexually violated so many times that as the years went by it began to feel normal,” Mallette writes in the book. “It’s a strange marriage — knowing something is wrong yet at the same time finding it familiar and commonplace.”
