Gabriel Aubry Arrested After Thanksgiving Brawl With Halle Berry’s Fiance

Model Gabriel Aubry has been arrested for battery after a violent fight with actor Olivier Martinez that landed both men in the hospital.

Aubry, who is the father of actress Halle Berry’s four-year-old daughter Nahla, attacked his ex-girlfriend’s fiance as he dropped his daughter off at Halle’s place this morning.

Sources report that Olivier had walked up to Gabriel to tell him “we have to move on”, but the model went batshit crazy and threw a punch toward’s the actor’s face.

Olivier reportedly blocked the punch and was struck in the shoulder. Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground as they fought and the model was pinned to the group. Gabriel’s rib was broken in the scuffle.

Gabriel Aubry suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and a head injury. Olivier is believed to have a broken hand and injuries on his neck.

Halle’s fiance made a citizen’s arrest for battery against Gabriel and he was taken to the hospital. Olivier wound up in the same ER an hour later.

A judge has issued an emergency protective order, which requires Gabriel to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla.

The nasty fight comes after Halle, 46, asked to take her daughter Nahla to France with her and Olivier, which a judge denied.
